401(k) Retirement Plan: SELMC Full Time Year-round Team Members have the opportunity to enroll in a 401(k) retirement plan on the first of the month following 6 months of employment. Our Part Time Year Round team members are also eligible, if they work more than 1000 hours in a calendar year. 

Along with your contribution to your 401(k), The Stein Collection also makes a company sponsored match on each paycheck. 
 

Once eligible you will be automatically enrolled in 5% which can be opted out or changed at the time of enrollment, or any other time during the year.

(Eligible first of the month following four months of employment)

This benefit is fully paid for by the Stein Collection and it is offered to full time year-round hourly team members, supervisors, managers, etc.
